Hi there, and welcome to the kid men leader cast. We're the podcast that strives to make professional Kidman, leaders. I'm your host, Todd Hixenbaugh Cole, and I'm going to be going with you on this journey. The goal of every single episode for this show is to make sure that you leave with one thing that you're going to implement. This week. We're going to talk about philosophy, we're going to talk about all sorts of things. But I want to make sure that for you as the listener, if you're giving us the time to listen to our show, I want to make sure that you have something that's practical. And that basically, we get to walk together through each of these topics. This is a mostly solo podcast, sometimes we're going to be able to do interviews, but the majority of the time it's going to be talking about a very laser focused topic. We're going to talk about everything from volunteer management, to managing conflict, to theology, to making sure that you have all of your processes and procedures in place all and I mean, all of our episodes are going to be rocket fuel that's going to help propel you forward as you love kids.
